Nito Boxing Studio is located in Kahala and offers boxing and Jiu-Jitsu training for both kids and adults. The gym is run by Carlos "Nito" Tangaro, who brings direct professional boxing experience to his coaching. The youth classes cover the physical mechanics of striking, heavy bag work, and cardio conditioning, while their added Jiu-Jitsu program teaches kids basic leverage, takedowns, and mat control.
